Artificial landscape. In a typical lot closed by party walls, this office building required the best use of space and an optimal utilization of the vertical core. The building works as a continuous solid and has a simple, slender look. The two top floors are taller than the rest of the typical floors, thus crowning the building. The abstract composition of the front refers to certain elements of nature and gives the building a unique identity. The facade is full of plastic action, providing passersby with an artificial, hybrid, and serene landscape.
