Cubao is one of many shopping malls around the world which belong to footwear giant Shoemart Group. The project consisted of the enlargement of an already existing mall in Manila, Philippines. Annexed to the main building, the new construction is five stories high. The shops are on the two bottom levels, which were provided with new accesses; the other three floors are for parking. Another important feature was the complete renewal of the front of the building, which gave the latter more light, color, and movement, reinforcing the product’s appealing corporate image.
