This office block, built between party walls, was constructed in an area full of new ventures.

The search for optimal use of space resulted in four stories, each one five meters tall (approx. 16 feet), and the possibility of building mezzanines. The ground floor, not as tall as the others, was designed for commercial use.

Simple and pure in character, this new volume is set a few feet back from the property line, breaking the pattern of the neighboring facades.
