Milán 1320 is a temporary rent residential building located in Palermo, center of commerce and design of Buenos Aires City. As befits such a cosmopolitan zone, the apartments’ owners are all residents of the city of Milan.
The building consists of two main bodies connected to each other by common circulation spaces and separated by a central courtyard. The space between the front and the back volumes provides more light for each apartment.
The building’s amenities include a swimming pool and solarium at the back of the ground level. In the front of the building, a restaurant, which may be visited by the apartments’ residents as well as by outsiders, is just another of the many entertainment possibilities in the zone.
