This building is located in downtown Buenos Aires, in a privileged zone as regards connectivity. Although it is a few steps away from two important avenues, the project keeps the neighborhood in mind.
An atypical volume holds this typical building: in order to make the best use of available building space, a part of the construction was built higher than the rest, reaching the same height as the adjoining building and creating different situations. On the opposite side, also at the same height as the adjoining construction, there is a balcony on the fourth story and a large terrace on the next floor.
Facing the street, there is a bar with a wooden deck at ground level and a mezzanine. The bar relates to the city and forms a space of its own.
